"My white city Chisinau, you're a flower made of stone."


Chisinau– the capital of the Republic of Moldova, a large cultural and economic center of the country is situated on a bench of the river Byk. The population size is 770 thousand of inhabitants.  

In written recordings the name Chisinau is mentioned for the first time in 1436, the status of a city was gained only in 1818 by entering the Russian Empire.  

The city is famous for comfortable green parks and valleys:  

  1. “Stefan cel Mare”    

  2. «Valea Morilor” (The Valley of Mills)    

 Valea Trandafirilor (The Valley of Roses)  
Cathedral Square.

  In general Chisinau is buried in verdure of luxurious trees of different kinds.

You can get acquainted with the architecture of the city by strolling down the central street of Chisinau – The Boulevard of Stefan the Great and Saint, where the most important buildings of government are palced.  

Chisinau disposes a number of interesting places for tourists – monuments, museums, parks. A bulk of hotels invites the guests of the capital to visit our country.
